I think I saw the movie. But not sure already what it was about.

I saw movie and read the book. It's about US soldiers on Guadalcanal. It's one of the cases when movie is better than book (it happens more often than people think). Movie is excelent, book is fine. If you want to read a better book with similiar settings and subject, read "The Naked and the Dead" from Norman Mailer.

American literature is really amazing, and Mailer is one of the finest American authors.

Tak myslím že bychom konečně měli přesunout naši diskusi o Hře o Trůny sem. Alespoň tu bude něco jiného než Atmusovi knhy a blbosti, nehledě na to že by se kultura měla dělit na sub fora

Takže zatím mám něco přes polovinu první knihy ale od včerejška mám knihu doma a jedu statečně vpřed. Stark pořád vyšetřuje, turnaj se připravuje, král tam vůbec není, mongolove se někam sunou se svojí khalesi či co je ta holka zač a na zdi se nic neděje. Jedeme dál

Dnes večer bych to chtěl dočíst, tak jsem zvědav. Ale už se to celkem rozjíždí, a mne navnazuje na seriál
Potřeboval bych i ty další díly v knižní podobě
- doufám že ty další jsou delší, 400 stránek je prd

Serial! je super pozdrav ji ode mne. Jsou mnohem delší!!!
