Inside the Earth

Post by Aeternitas »

I heard, read, listened to many stories what is inside the Earth. Many people made up many things. What is the truth, what do you think ?

Open your physics textbook and you'll find out.

There's lot of rubbish in the physics textbooks. I saw lot of them, many of them contradicting, most of them obsolete. Yes, physicists say there's magma world, but nobody was there ever.

I hope so. So far we reached cca 12km under the surface. There is cca 6000km more to reach. The temperature and pressure was very high there around, so they couldn't go on down.

Yes, core, but what is core? 12km under the surface there is so much pressure and temperature that a convenient machines can not function. But what about 6000km lower? Is the core filled with hard matter, fluid, or kind of air?

Such a bold statement. For example what? Nobody was at the Venus or Neptun yet we know their composition. We have actually tones of observations and evidence, that Earth core's indeed molten and extremely hot.
