In-Game and Technical Problems

I have bought this game in its small edition (ABC-games) in a version 4.0.14, and I downloaded 5.24 patch, applied it, but nothing happened. The game is still in the version 4.0.14. When I decompiled the patch and applied it by hand, I had the new version, but still I couldn't play the new maps, as if they weren't there. The game didn't find them, even when they were in the folder of maps.
Can someone help?

Do you extracted the maps?

Wenn nothing helped, then yes, I did. Didn't help. Game ignored them.
